Moat Hall Barns is located in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, not too far from Shrewsbury. The barns themselves date back to the 18th century, with The Top Barn being the oldest and most architecturally stunning of the buildings. These barns were originally part of a working farm, and they’ve seen their fair share of agricultural life over the years.
Back in the day, The Top Barn and The Hayloft were bustling with activity. Imagine farmers and farmhands working hard, storing hay, and taking care of livestock. The Moat Hall Barns were filled with the sounds of clanging tools, animals, and the hustle and bustle of daily farm life. The original oak beams and red brick walls have stood the test of time, witnessing countless seasons and generations.
The farmyard was a lively place, with cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens roaming around. It was a self-sustaining operation, with everything needed to keep the farm running smoothly. The surrounding fields were used for grazing, and the farm was a hub of productivity and hard work.

My couples are usually super down to earth and are planning a relaxed fun wedding day surrounded by all those people they love. I love a party! So when it comes to weddings I can’t help but get wrapped up in the magic of your day. Getting so stuck in with your wedding allows me to translate so much more feeling into my photographs. At some point, you’ll want a few awesome photographs of the two of you. These photographs will take minutes and not hours so we can get straight back to the party.
