Lytham St Anne’s Wedding Photography | Zoe & Andrew

A Lancashire Micro Wedding at Lytham St Anne’s

When I was younger I lived just doors away from Zoe but never really knew it. Many years later she came across her hairdresser whilst they both traveled around New Zealand who just so happened to, later on, book me for her own wedding after seeing one of my photographs online. Zoe then, in turn, dropped me a message once she and Andrew were engaged and we grabbed some tapas together with Andrew’s mum to chat about all things wedding photography.

They hadn’t originally planned for their wedding to be in Lancashire but it seems it was a real positive to arise from the Coronavirus pandemic. With their big party moved to next year they just couldn’t wait that long to tie the knot so planned a secret plan! With only close family and friends involved Andrew’s dad married them this December at Lancashire Registry Office before we headed up to their local walking spot at Beacon Fell for a few family portraits before dropping back down to Lytham St Anne’s for a few more snaps on the beach.

Zoe and Andrew aren’t at all the showy kind of people and originally just had the thought to get married but when we got talking I explained to them how special we could make the day so we planned in a joint getting ready morning along with a trip to Beacon Fell and St Anne’s for just a bit of fun.

Beach Wedding at Lytham St Anne’s

I loved being a part of Zoe & Andrew’s micro wedding plans at Lytham St Anne’s and would love to do it again. I often venture further afield to photograph weddings and I don’t charge for the pleasure. I find it incredibly exciting actually and really relish the opportunity to shoot within a new space and a new wedding adventure.

My style of wedding photography is built on a great relationship with my couples. All of my weddings are different and unique; even if I was to shoot again at Lytham St Anne’s. Time on your wedding day is really important to me as I’m sure it is for you too. So if I can help it I don’t really want you to miss a thing and would love you to remember as much as possible. This caring and relaxed approach to my wedding photography is the reason why so many couples recommend me. They always say it feels like a friend is taking their photographs and not a photographer.
